We offer Bed and Breakfast in the lovely village of Carrog, near Llangollen in the heart of beautiful North Wales.
Our philosophy is very simple, we want to make your stay in our home as comfortable as we can. Freshly baked cakes with your welcoming cup of tea, quality toiletries, comfortable beds, well stocked hospitality tray, books, magazines, local information, beautiful views, relaxing gardens. Somewhere we would like to stay ourselves. We take note of guest comments, preferring to listen to the people who really matter.
Carrog
Carrog is seven miles west along the A5 from Llangollen and 3 miles east from Corwen. At just over an hour from Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham, it is a lovely base to explore the North Wales area. Walk the Berwyns, ride the vintage railway as it steams alongside the River Dee, vist the famous international Musical Festival held every July at Llangollen. Visit historic castles, see the culture, watch water sports, play golf, go fishing, cycling, rock-climbing, shopping, explore the Snowdonia National Park or just sit in the beer garden of The Grouse Inn (a short stroll away) and watch the world pass by.
